2 Year Anniversary

Today marks my two year anniversary out here in Los Angeles. I came out here with two suitcases and a computer bag (inside that bag was a PC AKA my college Dell). I am blessed to come this far still looking to move forward in the film industry. As I begin my Junior year out here I’m looking to transition out of being a Prod. Asst. (PA) and go into the creative side.

My main goal is to shoot something this year I don’t care if its on a point and shoot as long I can keep my creative side flowing. I would like to thank all of those who have helped me to get where I am today. I will continue to grow and learn while I’m out here cause I still have a lot of work to accomplish.

What if...

Even though I came out to California to avoid the question “What If…?” I still end up having the question “What if…?"

Quote From CE

"In order for there to be progression there must be an action. In order for there to be an action there must be an idea. In order for there to be an idea there must be uniqueness. In order for there to be uniqueness there must be a soul. If you have a soul you can progress to do anything."-CE

New Edit...WIMH Calliko Freestyle

What's In My Headphones is my extended familia and here is another edit I put together for them. There are two camera angles, one was in HD one wasn't. The lighting from both cameras were different as well so I had to play around on this one. I wanted to use the WIMH intro that I created which has an HD resolution so I decided to throw in a mesh background with a green overlay since the main vid wasn't in full HD. I then started playing with the contrast to make sure they matched in both vids and that's when noticed the artist, Calliko had on a green hat. So I decided to do a play on green along with the WIMH logo and make the rest of the vid Black and White.

On the angle where he looks at the camera I had to bump it up to 150% in size which isnt the best thing to do for video but it worked in this case. In order to make the HD video fit the 4:3 ratio I added the crop tool for left and right and vuala!

I usually don't explain my process when editing but I decided to give you guys a BTS on how I put this short edit together. Enjoy!
